Swinging bridge crossing Holston River in Bluff City, Tn.
Per their June 27, 2005 minutes, the Sullivan County Commissioners
resolved to name this swing bridge in memory of Nellie Pratt, who was
very instrumental in seeking the restoration of the bridge.
